Our Team

The staff at CCT our people is our core asset and a lot of effort goes into developing them. We mentor and gradually trust our people to naturally do the right thing in all kinds of situations that include following through on their promises, writing code that is clear and maintainable and according to our high standards, making sure that everything gets extensively tested, making sure that a customer's data is treated with the utmost respect and care. We are proud of our people and our work. We all know how important it is to work really closely with our customers and to be responsive to their needs.

We as a company pray together regularly and trust God in all circumstances. We believe that God cares about our work and this motivates us also to do our best even if no-one (else) is watching. Jesus is our role-model as we try to care and share and forgive like him. Strained relationships and office politics are not tolerated and we deal with it immediately.
